community/{texlive,texmf-dist}: Get rid of ugly workaround

This MR contains two commits:

  • The first updates community/texlive to no longer provide a partial texmf-dist folder, which resulted in conflicts with the texmf-dist package
  • The second removes the ugly workaround from community/texmf-dist previously needed to solve the file conflicts with texlive
