community/qemu: don't create home directory for qemu user

This user was added in 2f32bfc7. I don't see any reason why it requires a home directory and think the -h flag was just forgotten to be added. In case the qemu user does actually require a home directory it should probably be /var/lib/qemu instead of /home/qemu (the default).
