libjpeg-turbo has a different license than the original one's in Alpine world (GPL v.s. non-GPL, rather BSD-like)
Package info shows GPL

While the original license seems BSD-like, while a bit complicated.

I’m not sure why GPL is selected in Alpine and got interested.
