adduser creates home directory with -H option
Running adduser with option " -H Don’t create home directory" creates a
home directory anyway.
Isn;t that considered a bug?
The security implications may be low but this doesn’t need to be fixed?
- adduser -D -H mata mata
- cat /etc/passwd | grep mata
mata:x:1002:1002:Linux User,,,:/home/mata:n
ALPINE version 3.6.2
