if grub is used, why to load /etc/update-extlinux.conf
Hi,
apk del syslinux
apk add grub
…so one wants to use grub. but why is grub patched to load a kind of syslinux (extlinux) related script?
- grep -nC3 /etc/update-extlinux.conf /etc/grub.d/10_linux
21-exec_prefix=“/usr”
22-datarootdir=“/usr/share”
23-
24:. /etc/update-extlinux.conf
25-. “$pkgdatadir/grub-mkconfig_lib”
26-
27-GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=“modules=${modules} ${default_kernel_opts} ${GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT}”
imo there should be condition if possible.
