Truecrypt: cmdline missing flushes on input prompts

As discussed on IRC on Tue Mar 8, when using Truecrypt in text mode interactively, prompts are invisible due to glibcisms leading to missing flushing of messages written to terminal.

main/truecrypt: flush stdout before reading stdin

stdout is line-buffered, and needs to be flushed explicitly
in musl. fixes #6992
