freeradius subpackages(such as freeradius-mysql) should update the init script
For example, after install freeradius-mysql, the /etc/init.d/radiusd
should also be updated, to make sure freeradius start AFTER mysql.
If freeradius-mysql start before mysql, it would fail to start and log an error.
