hyper-v scheduling while atomic bug

I realize this is not an Alpine Linux-specific problem, but am reporting this for reference purposes. After about 12 hours of running time on a hyper-v virtual machine, the errors found in the attached log file are reported, and the hyper-v machine loses network connectivity.

Seems this may have been fixed in an upstream patch here: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/68558231/ms-hv.patch

I see Timo submitted a patch late last year, but there appear to have been updates. Could this patch please be applied if applicable?

Thanks!
