linux-lts: enable CONFIG_X86_X32_ABI
Having x32 support in the kernel is useful on itself to run statically linked x32 programs.
For example the x86_64-linux-muslx32-native.tgz
from musl.cc.
Just a question: Would it be reasonable to also provide an x86_x32 architecture?
