community/dotnet8 missing the DOTNET_CLI_TELEMETRY_OPTOUT in /etc/profile.d/dotnet.sh
the built packages from 2024.03.14 in community does not default to opting out of telemetry! ping @ayakael

system wide on startup since service might be running without telemetry off!
