arm64 build of openssl is out of sync with amd64
Hello, we maintain an internal copy of the alpine 3.17 docker image as a multiarch image, and recently noticed version skew between architectures.
https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/packages?name=openssl&branch=v3.17&repo=&arch=&maintainer= shows arm builds of alpine are on version 3.0.8 still while x86, amd64, s390x, and ppc64 all have 3.0.9 available.
I tried to find any documentation on why arm64 is behind but couldn't locate anything.
I've managed to create a temporary workaround for our image by checking the TARGETARCH variable during our docker build and specifying an architecture-specific openssl version but this isn't sustainable long-term, as we have a number of images which rely on this and we pin package versions in those images, so we would need to commit this workaround in every project that uses alpine as a base layer and needs openssl.
