main/linux-lts: x86 PAE kernel
Hello,
Would it be possible to get Alpine to support PAE on the x86 kernel?
I'd like to be able to use Xen PV, and PAE is a prerequisite for that. However, I noticed that Alpine currently builds the X86 target with PAE=n, which precludes any Xen dom0 or domU options for x86 (but not x86_64). Is there a reason that PAE=y isn't set (for example, very, very old hardware that Alpine needs to be able to run on), and would it be reasonable to change that, or should I request a separate linux-pae (similar to linux-virt) kernel for x86?
Thanks.
