linux-edge via syslinux efi wrong memory map
Using Syslinux in conjunction with linux-edge
kernel, the system fails to map the whole memory, in my case I have 64G and it mapped only about 3G, even with add_efi_memmap
kernel option.
I read here that syslinux
requires a legacy handover EFI protocol given by kernel config CONFIG_EFI_HANDOVER_PROTOCOL=y
but it's disabled as we can see here:
https://git.alpinelinux.org/aports/tree/community/linux-edge/config-edge.x86_64?h=3.17-stable#n449
Please enable the flag while syslinux
project are relying on this legacy protocol.
