CONFIG_EFI_HANDOVER_PROTOCOL deprecation and bootloader support
The Linux kernel 6.2.0 introduced a new config parameter, CONFIG_EFI_HANDOVER_PROTOCOL, which the Alpine linux-edge kernel package currently does not enable.
Gummiboot relies upon the EFI Handover being enabled and so people using either UKI images or Secure Boot will not be able to boot the linux-edge kernel (I have been helping someone with this problem in the alpine-linux IRC channel the past few days).
I have been looking at a Gummiboot replacement, Stubby, which I intend to release an Alpine package for, but unfortuately Stubby also currently requires the HANDOVER support (I've raised the issue with Stubby's devs to hopefully get it resolved in the near future.
This issue does not affect either Grub or Limine bootloaders.
For the short-term could you please enable this setting in linux-edge?
