netmount is broken
Goal: mount an nfs share
Relevant line in /etc/fstab
: (ip_address):/data /mnt nfs4 noatime,nodiratime,timeo=100,rw,hard,noacl 0 0
Observation:
$ doas rc-service netmount restart
* Unmounting network filesystems ...
umount: unrecognized option: O
BusyBox v1.35.0 (2022-04-20 13:37:22 UTC) multi-call binary.
Usage: umount [-rlfda] [-t FSTYPE] FILESYSTEM|DIRECTORY
Unmount filesystems
-a Unmount all filesystems
-r Remount devices read-only if mount is busy
-l Lazy umount (detach filesystem)
-f Force umount (i.e., unreachable NFS server)
-d Free loop device if it has been used
-t FSTYPE[,...] Unmount only these filesystem type(s)
* Failed to unmount network filesystems [ !! ]
* ERROR: netmount failed to stop
Expected behaviour: Setting up an nfs client is a pretty basic task and should work out of the box.
Note:
doas mount -t nfs -o vers=4,noatime,nodiratime,timeo=100,rw,hard,noacl (ip_address):/data /mnt
works as expected.
