GNOME on Xorg either crashing or working very very slowly
GNOME, when started via startx, behaves like a powerpoint slide. It renders frame by frame ONLY when I'm switching between TTY's (e.g. CTRL + ALT + F2).
This is the content of my .xinitrc:
export XDG_SESSION_TYPE=x11
export GDK_BACKEND=x11
exec gnome-session
Whereas when I try to start it via GDM, it just kicks me back to the login-screen.
I am using an AMD RX 6800 XT and a Ryzen 5 3600, with kernel version 5.15 LTS, so there shouldn't be any hardware problems.
This is my latest Xorg.log file: Xorg.0.log
