community/linux-edge: pinctrl_broxton=m on x86_64
Add pinctrl_broxton as a module to enable proper platform support for Broxton-based Intel devices (many reference-device based systems with Goldmont/Apollo Lake CPUs or other platforms built around these same CPUs).
This Issue is related to a prior MR I made for main/linux-lts, consiting of the same change:

Broxton uses the Goldmont microarchitecture, which means that broadly, a large number of lower-power Atom, Celeron, and Pentium processor devices may require the pin controller for full hardware support.
In my specific personal case, the lack of pinctrl_broxton means that my laptop has no functioning touchpad, and power consumption seems to be about 1.5W more than with pinctrl_broxton enabled (though I'm unsure of why this behavior manifests).
I lack broader context as I have no other platforms personally based upon Broxton, but in theory, it would impact any system using the Broxton SoC/Reference Platform, which many Apollo Lake/Silvermont laptops exist, even just in my one specific CPU:
