[v3.13] openexr-dev should not depend on py3-openexr
Since V3.13, when installing openexr-dev, it is not possible to maintain a lightweight C/C++ development environment. There is a new dependency from openexr-dev to py3-openexr, that brings also python3 as dependency and make the installation quite big.
To solve this issue, it might be a better solution to have openexr-dev embedding only the C/C++ headers and libs and have py3-openexr embedding python3 binding headers and lib as well as python3 packages and defining a dependency to openexr-dev (so, the other way it is done actually).
As several files are present in both the package, this will also allow to remove this files duplication (e.g. /usr/lib/libPylex*
and /usr/lib/libPylmath*
) from openexr-dev by embedding them only in py3-openexr with the associated includes.
