java-snappy fails to build due to missing upstream sbt-launch
Seems like the fetching of sbt-launch.jar fails. Since this is fetched from the build
function we don't have a copy of this on our distfiles mirrors.
I wonder if we should simply move this to unmaintained
or delete the package so it does not block the 3.13 release? seems like nothing depends on it.
