Asterisk 17 or 18 support

Do you plan to support Asterisk version 17 or 18 in the near future?

There was a new res_prometheus.so module introduced in Asterisk 17 that would make a lot of sense to be able to support in alpine linux. It would be great to be able to scrape a '/metrics' endpoint on Asterisk for prometheus metrics.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
