borgbackup: No module named 'pkg_resources'

Just running borg results in:

$ borg
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/borg", line 6, in <module>
    from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources'
