This add a package to support the D Programming Language.
Currently, one has to jump through hoops in order to use D on Alpine.
This packages installs the official (and only) LDC build that came
with an Alpine build, LDC-1.8.0.
While it is an old version of the compiler, 2.078.3,
it can be used to bootstrap other compiler versions.

change ssl to libressl which has ssl 1.0

Add check(), update url

Partially revert previous commit

In case other bacula daemons run on the same host,
their package will create the bacula user and group
and their init script will set bacula as the owner of the rundir.
bacula-fd will be able to write the pidfile in the same rundir since it runs as root.
