fixes commit b00d1b16 (main/util-linux: disable check if

we don't want libsecrets pulled in when we bootstrap.

fixes commit 2ac7079a (main/git: add git-credential-libsecret)

start with ptpdev script which was relatively simple

we need autoconf and automake even for bootstrap builds.

Don't build libfido support with bootstrap build.

remove obsolete --with-md5-password

This prevents logrotate from erroring out in the cron job if one of the
syslog logs is missing from /var/log (e.g. boot.log).

apparently very unusable on ancient hardware, and i don't feel like
making more subpackages
