Provide some basic examples of using remotes to manipulate GitHub pull requests without a web browser.

GNU autotools doesn't fully expand the @bindir@ variable in
64-btrfs.rules and expands it to ${exec_prefix}/bin instead.

To workaround this issue explicitly set bindir from configure.

Options in /etc/conf.d/etcd aren't passed to the daemon.  This patch
configures etcd to read options from a YAML file instead.
