Note: czmq fails to build from release tarball due to missing
ClangFormat, that's why I switched it to GH-generated tarball.

I build it on a ppc64le LXC container and all tests passed.
Hope it pass in the builders too...

busybox 1.28.2 had a regression in cpio symlinks. make sure we have a
fixed busybox version.

we pull in x11 libraries anyways due to librsvg and pango so it does not
make any sense to not build the reset with libx11.
