Without the volume and the limiter plugin from gstreamer gnome-music
will crash on launch.

* Add support for tests (which are disabled for now due to Docker restrictions)

* Enable gnome-desktop integration and glade catalog
* Disable checks since those need to be installed in order to work (and no
  tests are actually run w/ make check)
* Use enchant2 instead of enchant1

* Fix license
* Enable tests
* Remove uneccesary options="suid" since there are no suid binaries in e-d-s
  anymore

Comment mentions that the tests failed due to deprecated code. This is
apparently no longer the case, as the test suite is now passing.

install dtbs under /boot/dtbs instead of /boot/dtbs/$_abi_release
so the u-boot can find it without need to fix/change DEVICETREEDIR
in extlinux.conf on every kernel upgrade

This will work until we made versioned kernel upgrade and preserve
previous kernel version on upgrade

add curl-dev to makedepends, it is needed now
fix install of pgsql schema sql script
