Fails to build due to bad assembly

'vaddq_u32': target specific option mismatch

- Remove empty variables for brevity
- Fix indent on a few lines
- Remove references to removed variables

- Remove the build() step
- Simplify the install() step by having only one call to `install`

Split off support for STEP files in 3D preview to subpackages kicad-opencascade,
which is only build on archs having opencascade. The main package now no longer
depends on opencascade and can be provided on all archs. (Except s390x, because
of missing platform support in libcontext.)
