the init was starting coredns as root.
In that case, the cap_net_bind_service is not used.
With this script, coredns will start as unprivileged user and
will use the capability to bind to a privileged port

Otherwise they conflict with multiple other packages

Make it so that other mesa forks in aports are always lower than this
package, so this package is always preferred when building things
against mesa.

This package is needed for the Nix test suite, it's really annoying
to package as upstream doesn't tag releases and, therefore, also
doesn't set an soname for the shared library.

However, running the Nix test suite in Alpine is beneficial as it
discovers bugs in Nix (see https://github.com/NixOS/nix/pull/9934).

Ensure the btrfs module is loaded before scanning for btrfs devices. This
allows the btrfs program to communicate its findings to the kernel via
/dev/btrfs-control (added by the module).
