I am picking up the package maintenance for both this and xonotic-data.
The upstream repo has no new release so far and is usually has a low
volume of development.

Also upgrade to 40.0

Package is unmaintained for 2 years and this package is 800M.

This has not been maintained for 2 years and the data files are nearly
1G big.

As rngd (in rng-tools) now has jitter enabled by default there is no need
for jitterentropy-rngd anymore.

No aport depends on it, heavily outdated and no maintainer.

remove maintainer
this package is too much tied to redhat so I decided to move it to
unmaintained repo

exfatprogrs are new tools to use with new exfat FS driver in linux-lts
5.10 so exfat-utils are not needed now

This package is orphaned and not in good quality (it installs shared
objects and other libs into /var/lib instead of /usr/lib).
