gnome-tweaks needs the schemas, but the dependency on gnome-shell
was not possible or else there would be a circular dependency.
The introduction of gnome-shell-schemas subpackage fixes this problem.

gnome-shell has been removed as dependency from gnome-session
and phoc only depends on gnome-shell-schemas. In consequence,
there are some dependencies which were not explicit, but pulled
through gnome-shell and that now need to be directly requested.

GNOME Shell is simply the default shell that gnome-session runs
if not otherwise specified. However, it is not a hard dependency.
As gnome-shell is already marked as a dependency
for gdm and gnome packages, removing the dependency does not have
any consequence in the GNOME stack, while allowing for more flexibility
on programs that use gnome-session to run a non-default shell (e.g: phosh)

No actual changes, just bumping the version since GNOME has been
upgraded.

add 2to3 to be safe, since it's not called by setup.py anymore

adds support for py3-redis 4.1.0

The default the RISC-V ISA version used by GNU binutils >= 2.38 is
20191213 while gcc-cross-embedded still uses the older 2.2 version
of the RISC-V ISA. These two upstream patches ensure that
gcc-cross-embedded will always explicitly pass the utilized ISA version
to the assembler.

Update upstream URL, source and pkgdesc.  By 2.0.0 ZoL became OpenZFS
and is a common effort with FreeBSD developers.

Enable on armhf and armv7.

Let OS handle fsck, mount & umount of fstab entries.  I've been running
with this patch since November last year.  Context:
