* Normalize shell completion files.

This upgrade introduced a dep on pango 1.45.x and used its own version
of pango if it couldn't find that. Since that pango version conflicts
with the system pango and we can't static link pango (fails to build)
for gtk4, we'll have to downgrade.

We introduced a new user in qemu previously with 2f32bfc7,
but that user is only ever created when qemu is installed from scratch
and not when upgrading an exisiting qemu installation. This broke
upgrading from 3.11 -> 3.12 where we expect the qemu user to be available
in 3.12 but it wasn't unless you removed and installed qemu again.
Also redirect the stderr of adduser to /dev/null so users don't see
"adduser: user 'qemu' in use" during upgrades.

fixes #11618

The previous URL returns a 404 error.

Without ccid installed, pcsclite (pcscd) won't look at USB devices and
as such yubikey-manager will only have very limited functionality
available with a Yubikey.

modernize APKBUILD

According with setup.py, ipython supports py3-prompt_toolkit 3.0.5.
Updated needed due to 27dc1ac513b8324f65c8426240e17144f65f4f24
