This patch should fix the Renderer process crashing when trying to play audio files and similar issues related to thread priority changes. These changes are also present in `community/chromium/musl-sandbox.patch`.

Previously the Qt5 headers were installed directly in /usr/include (e.g. /usr/include/QtCore/QString). With Qt6 having been released recently this needs to be moved to another directory so the Qt5 and Qt6 headers don't conflict.

Qt 5.15.1 introduced a new check to see if glibc is available and if not cripples functionality. However, it works fine with Musl and there is no need to disable it. I missed this in the last upgrade, let's restore functionality
