There seems to have been added some more checks for glibc upstream,
meaning QtWebengineCore wasn't being built...

Also add patch missed by upstream for building on aarch64.

That is actually the wrong version and will cause problems when
qt5-qtwebchannel is used

qt5-webengine requires nodejs now, the package built without it did not
contain qtwebengine itself.

This patch should fix the Renderer process crashing when trying to play
audio files and similar issues related to thread priority changes. These
changes are also present in `community/chromium/musl-sandbox.patch`.

Previously the Qt5 headers were installed directly in /usr/include (e.g.
/usr/include/QtCore/QString).
With Qt6 having been released recently this needs to be moved to another
directory so the Qt5 and Qt6 headers don't conflict.

Qt 5.15.1 introduced a new check to see if glibc is available and if not
cripples functionality. However, it works fine with Musl and there is no
need to disable it. I missed this in the last upgrade, let's restore
functionality

the list of supported arches is smaller than the list of unsupported
ones so use a whitelist instead of blacklist.

It is broken currently (and probably forever), upstream bug report

Disable armhf for all packages that depend on qt5-qtdeclarative in one
way or another
