also fix incorrect version truncation- previous version
was 10.2.2.0.0, but we marked it as 2.0.0. just specify both..

add builddir var because of upstream tarball name

This is not the latest available version (that's 5.12.0), but the one
used in Julia. There's some issue with building 5.12.0, so I will
upgrade to this later.
