community/texlive: fix dependencies of texlive-luatex

LuaTeX seems to work if either `biblatex` or `texmf-dist-bibtexextra`
is installed. So we depend on `biblatex` instead of
`texmf-dist-bibtexextra`, as this dependency works with both variants.

Additionally, LuaTeX depends on `texmf-dist-fontsrecommended` these
days, as otherwise we get:

    luaotfload | db : Reload initiated (formats: otf,ttf,ttc); reason: File not found: "lmroman12-regular".
