community/gtkd: rebuild against ldc-runtime

ldc-runtime currently provides:

	* libphobos2-ldc-shared.so.98
	* libdruntime-ldc-shared.so.98

However, since gtkd wasn't rebuild so far it still requires:

	* libdruntime-ldc-shared.so.95
	* libphobos2-ldc-shared.so.95

This commit fixes this by rebuilding the package.
