reinstalls are somewhat broken if original directories are missing
The current behavior of apk fix
is somewhat broken. When you delete a package's directory tree and then apk fix
it, you will get messages like:
ERROR: Failed to create /path/to/some/file: No such file or directory
This is because apk does not re-create the directory structure to put the file in, and then tries to put the file in there, which causes the errors. This makes e.g. reinstalling packages on broken systems where stuff got deleted rather inconvenient.
