trvv requested to merge trvv/alpine-conf:setup-gnome-desktop into master

Adds setup-gnome-desktop as an alternative to setup-xfce-desktop. GNOME is a far more popular Linux desktop choice than XFCE though heavier. Not entirely sure what the history of alternative desktop scripts are (I saw setup-gparted-desktop in the commits but it disappeared at some point) but I would personally find this a worthwhile addition.
