Setup-xen-dom0: Missing Dependencies.

Added all the dependencies required for Xen, Also added optional dependencies of virtual bios, which are configurable from the setup-alpine script, including answerfile. Also added kyua tests for changes.

This merge reguest replaces !181 (closed)

The changes addresses the issue raised in aport#15640
