setup-desktop: update Plasma packages

Remove khotkeys, it's being dropped upstream with the move to Qt6 and already is a bit hidden, it's configuration page for example isn't shown in systemsettings by default. There is no need for it any more.

Also add dependencies on a full PipeWire setup for audio. Fixes aports#15130 (comment 323604)
