abuild: drop support for md5 and sha1 checksums

Sertonix requested to merge sertonix/abuild:md5 into master

There are not APKBUILDs using md5sums or sha1sums and both should never be used for verification.

sha256sums is also not used but is at least still safe to use so leaving it there for now.
