abuild: add option=debug_frame to keep .debug_frame

This is useful to add basic debugging, introspection and profiling support without having -dbg installed for packages without .eh_frame.

Is the debug_frame good name for the option?

Let's hold this for a while. I'm still thinking if this or having separate -profiler type subpackage containing alternate version of .debug with .debug_frame only is a better approach.

Perhaps moving to -dbgsym like Ubuntu and introducing -dbgframe?

I think so. I'll do it now. We can reopen always if it'd become an issue again.
