Currently kbd is failing to build because the original URL is
returning 404 due to the project URL change.

This patch points $source to the new URL, and also, bump to the
latest 2.0.4 version.

fixes commit "main/[various]: dont set arch in split function"

If you have separate /usr, then you probably want you / to be small. If
you want have your kbd keymap there early, the probably better copy it
instead of making the entire database available early. Thus, we move the
database to /usr/share, where it belongs.

This is the only binary needing linux-pam.

Since abuild v2.22.0, these are removed automatically unless 'libtool'
option has been specified.

- Move kbd-misc data form /lib/kbd/ to /usr/share/
- Don't move binaries to /bin
- Move setfont to /usr/sbin to override busybox setfont symlink
- Include html documentation in kbd-doc package
