The patch file was not being applied properly. Fixing it to apply
cleanly.

py-gobject3 needs it

tests needs support for hires timestamps in filesystem. our armhf
builder does not have that so disable tests for now.

needs python2-dev

Enables the check function for this build and does a minor clean to

Upgrades from 2.6.6 to 2.6.7 and cleans up APKBUILD a bit

seems like `install -d` didnt work in fakeroot on aarch64 for some reason

It works pretty fine.
So, I think, it's time to move it from testing.
