- Change arch from "all" to "noarch"
- Enable tests
Disable widgets test module for now as some tests fail because of
problems related to system locale.

build is enabled with the cups and poppler dependency

0.1.2 has a breaking regression that took some time to realize, so
downgrading until that is resolved.
