libmongoose is currently installed into /usr/lib64 instead of /usr/lib:

    /usr/lib64/libmongoose.so
    /usr/lib64/libmongoose.so.2
    /usr/lib64/libmongoose.so.2.0.4

Resolves !15718

By patching the CMake configuration, instead of removing the files
manually in package().
