Modify AddPackage and DeletePackage interfaces to AddPackages and DeletePackages

This allows to install multiple packages at the same time, which becomes very handy for GNOME Software 47. It is also a nice improvement as can be seen in the tests!

This is probably well worth bumping the API again. Given we have more API changes pending (!50 (merged)), this makes quite some sense.
