xvfb-run needs fmt, this binary is part of the coreutils package. So coreutils
must be added as a dependency to ensure proper operation even in the
error case.

extra-cmake-modules is not available on armhf due to it's dependency on
qt5-qtdeclarative2, and since all packages in KDE Frameworks depend on
extra-cmake-modules, just disable them all for that arch

This partially reverts commit 0ac93488 (testing/sssd: revert bad
revert from the last commit").

Removing quotes around $pkgdir is not improvement at all; it should
be always quoted, to be safe if $pkgdir contains spaces.

Removing contributrs without first checking git log is not good.

It is now enabled on all D-supported architectures
(all architectures supported by gcc-gdc-9.2.0-r5)
