hfaxd.conf is not in /etc dir, so at each upgrade this file is overwritten rather than renamed with .apk-new. With this patch, the shipped hfaxd.conf has .default extension. In this way the hfaxd.conf file is never overwritten with the upgrades. the openrc init.d file checks if there's no hfaxd.conf and alert the user following the same approach that is done with setup.cache. Fixes #13085

Splitting gvim and moving it to community creates more problems than it solves: - it recuires sepcial attention when upgrading. both vim and gvim needs to be upgraded (doubles maintenence work) - there is conflic by vimdiff and xxd. Who should provide those? Historically there have been very little (if any) extra work for long-time maintenece for gvim, so there should not be any problem to keep it in main. fixes alpine/aports#13234 This reverts commit db710dfa and commit 9fc8231c.

Disable FORTIFY_SOURCE on armhf to work around the error: cc1plus: out of memory allocating 60544 bytes after a total of 585728 bytes This is similar to what we did in commit abb0170b (community/webkit2gtk: enable on x86).
