use llvm5 instead of llvm8 because build on aarch64 does not
work with llvm8, although build with llvm8 work on x86_64

Crystal binary used for bootstrapping was cross-compiled using
Crystal's cross-compilation support documented at
https://crystal-lang.org/docs/syntax_and_semantics/cross-compilation.html.
It doesn't need any cross-compilation toolchain. :)

It currently doesn't work with LibreSSL anyway.
