- Remove -Wno-error, seems disabled by default now
- Remove --enable-more-warnings, option does not exist (anymore?)
  (WARNING: unrecognized options: --enable-more-warnings)
- Remove bashcomp() function, default_bashcomp is enough

We already do that for /var/log/netdata and /var/cache/netdata, this is
the last piece for people that want to run netadata outside of docker
containers.

make sure that the subpackages' lua-stdlib-normalize dependency are
built before lua-lyaml by adding it to makedepends.

add the subpackages' dependencies to makedepends so they are built
before dmvpn.
